La Motown no sería el sello mítico sin aquellos fabulosos grupos femeninos que formaron parte del ADN de la discográfica desde sus orígenes.  Entre ellos estaban,  las espléndidas Marvelletes.

Unos de los más grandes dentro de la Motown fueron los Temptations, por los que debo confesar que siento cierta debilidad, y aunque ya tienen en la lista varios de sus temas más emblemáticos, esta selección no se puede cerrar sin incluir algunos menos conocidos pero no por eso menos brillantes.

1966 Un jovencísimo Stevie Wonder grabó este tema, que un año antes habían llevado las Supremes al nº 1 de las listas y que posteriormente grabaron los Isley Brothers, el mismo Michael Jackson y otros muchos del sello Motown.

Esta entrada está dedicada a The Elgins, un fabuloso grupo con todo el sabor de la Motown. El grupo lo formaban de Robert Fleming, Johnny Dawson, Cleo "Duke" Miller y Norbert McClean, posteriormente se les unió Saundra Mallett como vocalista, lo que fué todo un acierto.
